I ordered the beige color, and when it arrived, it looked exactly like it did in the video. The assembly was pretty simple with the instructions they included.

The plush fabric look is absolutely gorgeous, and it feels so comfortable to the touch. Plus, the slipcover of this chair is removable, so I believe it can be taken off for cleaning, which is great for someone with pets like me! I contacted their customer service, and they also offer custom slipcovers. I might consider customizing another color or fabric in the future. This is such a great design!
