Inspection: Once your item is received, we'll inspect it, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and refund processing.

Timeline: Please allow up to 5 business days from refund confirmation for funds to appear.
Exceptions & Partial Refunds
Quality Issues: For items arriving damaged or defective (contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof), we cover return shipping for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.
Customer Choice Returns: If you're returning an item for a reason other than a defect, you should be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Item Condition for Full Refund: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, including all components and packaging. Returns with damaged or missing items may be subject to a partial refund or a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Within 24 Hours: If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
After 24 Hours (if Shipped): Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to return the item upon delivery, please follow our return procedure, and please remember return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Custom Orders: All custom-made orders are final and cannot be canceled after placement.
