At Atunus Home, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. Product Condition
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Items must be in resalable condition without damage or signs of assembly
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Items without original packaging
- Custom-made or made-to-order items
- Items that have been assembled and not disassembled
- Items that are damaged or altered, affecting resale
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. You will also be notified whether your refund is approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- You should receive the funds within 5 business days after refund confirmation
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is not due to a product defect or quality issue, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. How to Request a Return
To begin a return or exchange:

- Include your proof of purchase (such as order number, confirmation email, or invoice)
- State the reason for return and include clear photos of the item
After reviewing your request, we will reply with a confirmation and instructions on how to proceed.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos or videos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
8. Refund Exceptions & Partial Refunds
Items returned in damaged condition, missing components, or without proper packaging may be subject to a partial refund or restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the extent of the issue.
9. Items Marked “Final Sale”
Items marked “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or “Non-Returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return or refund.
10. Processing Timeline
Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive your returned item for us to inspect and process your refund request.
