I was hesitant to buy online. I normally bought from the store that delivered Furniture put together. Here you had to put it together, but once it was together, it was great.

I received the covers for the three sofa pieces and the ottoman, but Im still missing the single sofa (chair) cover. I absolutely love everything! I contacted customer service, and they responded quicklyamazing customer support! No problemI thought the missing cover might be due to the two separate orders. This furniture is incredibly cozy and brings me so much joy, no matter the color. I dont mind waiting. My daughter is planning to purchase the same sofa in orange velvet. Im spreading the word!

I received my order within 9 days of placing the order. Although the slip covers I wanted were on back order (orange velvet) they offered to send me some linen covers free of charge until the orange came in. That way I would not be without a couch while I waited. Excellent customer service! Responded promptly via email to all my questions! The modular sofa is what I expected. Because its feather filled is not real bouncy but still comfy. Its the kind of couch that you pull up your feet and get cozy. The pieces are very large. The only thing I will say is if you need to send it back for some reason, they want it sent back in the original packaging. Good luck doing that!

This is a very spacious couch, which I really like. It arrived in six large boxes, each carefully packed with wooden supports securing the upper and lower sections together. Assembly wasn't difficult, but I do think having two people makes it easier due to the size of the sofa. I wish there were options for thicker seat cushions, as I would have preferred a bit more padding. Overall, this sofa is a great choice for families who are looking for something nice without spending a lot.

This sofa totally lived up to my expectations! Its a true modular designeach piece can be moved and rearranged however I like, which gives me so much flexibility. It fits my space really well and looks great too. Super happy with this purchase, and Id definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new sofa!

Really happy with this couch! Each piece came in its own box and was super easy to put together. The color isn't as dark as shown but still looks really good, and the material feels nice. The frame is solid wood and feels very sturdy. I changed the legs myself because I wanted it a bit higher. The ottoman has tons of storage I fit a queen down comforter, two pillows, and a queen throw in it easily.

Im absolutely thrilled with my recent sofa purchase! The fabric is incredibly soft and exudes elegance, blending seamlessly with my home decor. The design and comfort are so impressive that Ive already contacted customer service to order more pieces. Im eagerly looking forward to them!
