So first off, I only had a couple of reviews to go off of, Id been eyeing this sectional for months. When I tell you months, every night I would check to see if the price changed at all, and it didnt but it was fine. This price for the quality and how quickly it arrived. Im gonna post a video and photo once I make my living room look worthy of the pic LOL but nonetheless this sectional is amazing, I love that every piece is removal and washable, I am also in awe that the ottomans are actual storage like wow. They did that! I got the black color because I have young boys and white and beige wouldnt last a day! It took me like 3 hrs to building but because I was cleaning in between and the boxes were huge.
If you have been thinking about it, do it! Its huge, so make sure you check the dimensions of the space you want to put it in before purchasing. Im so happy with my purchase, and as far as how firm I would say firm/soft - you have to fluff them up before place them it makes all the difference.

My husband and I put the sofa together, and it looks great! Its really spacious with deep seats. When paired with an ottoman, its comfortable enough for two people to lie down. The covers are removable and washable, which was a key reason I chose this sofa!

I did quite a ton of research to purchase a couch for our new apt and this did not disappoint. Came in 6 boxes and it was pretty easy to assemble. Came with all the right pieces. This couch is everything I hoped and expected. I wanted a super comfortable deep couch with storage! The ottomans storage capacity huge, its great! But my number one concern was being able to wash the covers and every single cushion can be washed!
