5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
At Atunus, craftsmanship is at the heart of every space we create. We provide a 5-Year Limited Warranty on all new furniture, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. If a structural issue arises within this 5-year period, we will repair or replace the affected part at no cost to you.
WHAT IS COVERED（NON-ARTIFICIAL DAMAGE）
Structural Foundations: Covers the internal frames of sofas and chairs, as well as the structural stability of dining tables, bed frames, and cabinets. This includes protection against unintended warping, cracking, or joint failure under normal residential use.
Craftsmanship & Material Integrity: Covers significant defects in material application, such as seam separation (upholstery), delamination of veneers (cabinetry), or failure of structural bonding in art and mirrors.
Surface Stability: Protection against premature failure of factory-applied finishes (such as lacquers or coatings) that peel or crack under recommended usage conditions.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Normal Wear & Aging: Includes fabric pilling, fading from sunlight, natural softening of cushions, and minor surface scratches from daily use. For rugs, natural shedding or slight color shading is expected.
Natural Materials: Atunus celebrates the uniqueness of nature. Variations in wood grain, knots, marble veining, or leather texture are considered distinct characteristics of high-quality materials, not defects.
Improper Handling & Assembly: Damage resulting from incorrect self-assembly, moving furniture without proper protection, or exceeding the weight capacity of chairs and sofas.
Environmental & Chemical Damage: Issues caused by exposure to extreme humidity, direct heat sources, or the use of harsh chemical cleaners on finishes, art, and lighting.
Accidents & Misuse: Spills, pet damage, burns, or using indoor furniture in outdoor settings. Lighting and Art damaged due to improper electrical installation or handling are also excluded.
Consumables: Parts with a limited lifespan, such as light bulbs or felt floor protectors.
Personal Preference: Subjective dissatisfaction regarding comfort levels (firmness), specific scent of new materials, or aesthetic variations within industry standards.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS
Care Compliance: Warranty remains valid only when products are used and maintained according to Atunus’s care instructions. Improper cleaning or maintenance voids coverage.
Partial Resolution: In the event of a defect within a furniture set, our commitment is limited to the repair or replacement of the specific defective piece or component, rather than the entire set.
Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to clearance items (marked "As-Is", "Final Sale", or "Last Chance") or products that have been modified or altered after delivery.
Limitation of Liability: Atunus is responsible only for the repair or replacement of the product itself. We are not liable for incidental or indirect damages, including but not limited to time lost, inconvenience, or personal property damage.
Custom Orders: Due to their unique nature, custom-tailored pieces may be subject to specific material warranties provided at the time of purchase.
